An Arkansas public school is refusing admission to any students who test positive for HIV.
I’d say this is reasonable.
Of course the disability and child advocates (that is code talk for lawyers who get paid no matter who wins or loses) are aghast.
Would child advocates be angry if children with the Black Plague were not allowed to attend school? (Yes they would, child advocates thrive on death and disease being spread.) Would child advocates be angry if children with chicken pox were not allowed to attend school? (Yes they would, child advocates thrive on death and disease being spread.)
But even more important, given how the government schools destroy children, I’d say those with HIV who are not allowed to attend are far better off when it comes to their education than those forced to attend.
