They say man evolved from primordial slime because billions (or trillions, or whatever their number is this week) of years ago, all the elements just happened to all come together so that life could appear.
To which my first question is always, “But what better place for all the elements to come together for life to appear than fresh graves in a graveyard? And still, it’s only in the movies where dead flesh, still containing enough enzymes and proteins to grow hair and fingernails for several weeks, it’s only in the movies where such recently-departed flesh reanimates and springs to life!”
And even fresher, why doesn’t this miraculous reanimation occur in the morgues??? If it only takes just the right elements to combine to form life, then the first place we should be seeing life spring up is in the morgues and graves across the globe!
It sort of puts a new (and wrong) slant on, die now to live again.
